Job summary

Splash Financial, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the borrower servicing experience. You will report to the Senior PM for Servicing and shape customer interactions that help thousands of borrowers manage, repay, and engage with their loans. You’ll also enhance operations and partner onboarding.

This role requires end-to-end ownership: discovery, requirements, engineering collaboration, and data-driven decisions to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of product management experience with ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to translate problems into executable requirements and drive agile PDLC.
• Strong UX intuition and collaboration with design.

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery and delivery of borrower-facing servicing features with intuitive UX.
• Partner with lender implementation teams to translate requirements for partners.
• Maintain and evolve servicing platform configuration (loan settings, borrower communications).
• Drive delinquency reduction and payment-behavior improvements (self-service, payment plans).
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation.
• Develop knowledge of loan sales, collections, and disbursements workflows.
