Job summary

Parafin, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead critical compliance activities across funding, lending, and card products. You will advise on issues across vendor management and information security, and help build scalable compliance programs as the company scales.

You will collaborate with product, finance, marketing, operations, and data teams to create efficient, well-governed processes and to remediate issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, business banking, or commercial card.
• Familiarity with vendor management, SOC1, SOC2, risk management and GRC processes and tools.
• Experience designing and overseeing compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Advising business teams on compliance matters related to information security, data sharing, and vendor oversight.
• Publishing written guidance to help teammates understand relevant subject matter.
• Leading remediation efforts, determining root causes, and developing corrective actions.
• Coordinating with business teams to ensure partnerships and procurement align with requirements.
• Building, designing, and improving compliance policies and processes.
• Proactively advising on internal and external risks.
