AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a seasoned Compensation Advisor to support leaders with market pricing, job evaluation, salary structure design, internal equity, and pay‑compression analyses. You will lead complex reviews, translate data into practical recommendations, and help administer compensation programs across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes building robust models, dashboards, and reports for executive audiences while ensuring governance and alignment with policy.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of compensation experience required.
• Experience advising leaders on market pricing, salary structures, and internal equity.
• Experience with pay compression analyses and incentive programs.
• Ability to develop models, dashboards, and reports for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders on market pricing, internal equity, salary structures, and pay actions.
• Lead complex job evaluations and price reviews; develop actionable recommendations.
• Develop compensation models and analyses; present findings to management.
• Support design and administration of base salary, incentives, and related programs.
• Maintain compensation data, run annual updates, and validate dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate compliance activities and interpret compensation policy as needed.
• Lead projects, coordinate external survey vendors, and guide team members.
