Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies. You will also deliver compensation models, methodologies, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 3-5 years of related compensation experience or HR project management related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows, including creating complex formulas in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to assigned customer groups, employees, and HR colleagues in the interpretation and administration of GXO’s compensation programs, policies and procedures.
• Develop and administer all aspects of the compensation program including base pay and incentive programs.
• Participate in benchmarking processes and analyze industry data to evaluate roles and determine salary competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations for new positions to determine salary grade and maintain documentation.
