GXO Logistics, Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Data Center Programs Manager. This role steers customer account growth, defines strategic direction, and aligns program plans with contractual obligations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and financial outcomes across multiple client engagements. Remote-friendly opportunity nationwide, with preferred candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Competenze

• 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven logistics industry/supply chain management knowledge and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Six Sigma, Kaizen or process improvement certifications.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and evaluate new ideas with technical employees.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-moving environment.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of effective growth strategies.
• Drive new account growth through solutions development.
• Ensure contractual compliance and that customer obligations are met.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Manage account-driven initiatives, including AR collections, working capital and DSO.
• Ensure KPIs are meaningful, aligned and achieved regularly.
• Sustain Lean culture and a diverse, continuous-improvement team.
• Establish goals, plans and metrics; track progress and overcome obstacles.
