Job summary

University of Colorado System Administration is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support complex compensation analysis, job level reviews, and pay program cycles. You will advise HR Partners and system departments to attract, retain, and motivate talent while maintaining compliance.

The role reports to the Compensation and Talent Program Manager and is exempt from the State of Colorado Classified Staff system. Remote work within Colorado is possible with in-office days in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three years in HR compensation including pay ranges, job descriptions, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Colorado wage and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual pay range updates and merit increases.
• Support compensation data, analyses, and pay programs.
• Partner with HR teams to ensure compliant compensation decisions.
• Support development and improvement of compensation processes and tools.
