University of Colorado System Administration seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to support compensation analysis, job level reviews, and annual pay program cycles. The role advises HR Partners and system departments, ensuring compliant employment decisions and best practices.

You will work with the Compensation and Talent Program Manager, contributing to data-driven solutions, with remote work options within Colorado and in-office Denver 1–3 days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three years in HR with compensation, job descriptions, and pay.
• Experience creating/updating pay ranges and analyzing compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation cycles and projects with data and market insights.
• Coordinate annual pay range updates and merit increases.
• Provide guidance to HR Partners on compensation decisions and equity.
