Job summary

Saylor is a Los Angeles-based creative agency focused on entertainment brands and creators who seek engaging, sharable content. You will own the day-to-day voice for clients, craft on-brand copy, and drive authentic interactions across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads.

You’ll collaborate with Social Media Managers and Strategy Coordinators to align engagement with campaigns, while staying ahead of trends and cultural moments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in community management, social media, or copywriting; senior/analyst level due to autonomy and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day community management and engagement strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads.
• Write sharp, on-brand copy for captions, community posts, replies, and real-time engagement moments.
• Identify and execute conquesting opportunities by joining trending conversations and high-visibility spaces.
• Monitor conversations in real time and respond to fan comments, DMs, and mentions with speed and tone.
• Stay updated on social trends, memes, and platform features to spot timely engagement.
• Maintain organized engagement trackers, guidelines, and response protocols for consistency.
• Compile basic performance reporting on engagement, growth, and top moments.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Strategy Coordinators to align with calendars.
• Flag emerging sentiment and issues to the broader team.
• Support editorial calendar execution with timely publishing and engagement across platforms.
