- 3–5 years in community management, social media, or copywriting.
- Exceptional copywriting with multi-brand voice adaptation.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, and internet culture.
- Strong organizational skills for multi-client engagement.
- Experience using social listening tools for audience insights.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day community management across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads.
- Write on-brand captions, posts, replies, and real-time engagement moments.
- Identify and execute conquesting opportunities in trending conversations.
- Monitor real-time fan comments and DMs; respond with brand-appropriate tone.
