Qualifications

• 3–5 years in community management, social media, or copywriting.
• Exceptional copywriting with adaptable tone across brands.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, internet culture, and trends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple accounts.
• Meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced, real-time work.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day community management and engagement strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Threads.
• Write sharp, on-brand copy for captions, posts, replies, and real-time moments.
• Identify and execute conquesting opportunities in trending conversations.
• Monitor conversations and respond with speed and brand-appropriate tone.
• Stay updated on trends and platform features to spot timely engagement moments.
• Maintain engagement trackers, guidelines, and response protocols.
• Compile basic performance reporting on engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers to align with calendars.
• Flag emerging sentiment and opportunities to the team.
• Support editorial calendar execution and timely publishing.
