Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Underwriter — Strategic Growth & Risk based in the United States. This role blends technical underwriting with strategic thinking, market awareness, and relationship-building with independent agents.

You will evaluate complex risks, provide guidance to agents, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring long-term profitability and sustainable portfolio growth. Remote work environment with autonomy and strategic impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience, including homeowners/dwelling/property lines or E&S preferred.
• Strong analytical skills connecting risk traits to portfolio profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for agency guidance and strategic leadership.

Mansioni

• Evaluate new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with focus on risk quality and portfolio profitability.
• Make independent underwriting decisions within authority for complex risks.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with independent insurance agents.
• Provide coverage guidance, market insights, and creative solutions to agents.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and external signals to inform decisions.
• Identify patterns across submissions and portfolio performance for growth opportunities.
