Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX seeks an experienced civil litigator to lead commercial and real estate disputes. The role offers 100% remote scheduling with on-site Houston availability and a compensation structure up to $200,000 depending on experience and performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in civil litigation, active Texas bar, and proficiency with depositions, motions, and complex discovery.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar admission.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years civil litigation experience in real estate, business or construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial prep.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions; prepare written discovery and responses.
• Communicate with clients regarding strategy, budgeting, and case status in an hourly, retainer-based framework.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on litigation strategy and execution.
