Cast AI is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to own the contracting lifecycle as we scale from a single-product Kubernetes platform to a multi-product business.

You will negotiate new-logo and renewal agreements, NDAs, vendor and reseller contracts, and oversee the APAC legal presence from day one in our remote-first setup.

Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and customer success to standardize processes, mitigate risk, and accelerate compliant deals across borders.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and bar membership in good standing.
• Proven tech transactions experience in law firms and in-house.
• Track record negotiating SaaS, NDAs, vendor and reseller agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own Cast AI's contracting lifecycle end to end across multiple products.
• Negotiate new-logo and renewal agreements, NDAs, and vendor/reseller contracts.
• Lead APAC legal presence from day one and align with sales, partnerships, and customer success.
• Advise on data privacy, IP matters, and compliance in commercial agreements.
