Higgsfield AI is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Commercial to lead our global commercial legal function. You will report to the General Counsel and partner with executives across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Finance, Security and Operations to drive complex enterprise transactions and strategic initiatives.

10+ years of legal experience in high-growth tech.

Strong business judgment and risk management.
Experience mentoring legal teams.

Negotiate enterprise SaaS, API licenses, and partnerships.
