Job summary

Auria is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to drive security architecture and accreditation for AWS cloud-hosted mission systems supporting the DoD JAM program. You will implement secure cloud architectures, perform RMF activities for ATO, and collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.

This remote role has a preference for Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL and requires hands-on experience securing AWS environments, implementing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, CS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• System & Cloud Security Implementation: identify and secure AWS-based infrastructure and integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• RMF & ATO Support: develop RMF artifacts and support ATO packages.
• Vulnerability & Compliance: perform vulnerability scans and validate DISA STIGs across OS, containers, and cloud services.
• Documentation & Program Support: produce cybersecurity artifacts and support design reviews and deployments.
