Ladders is seeking a Senior Customer Architect to guide complex customer implementations, drive adoption, and help clients realize measurable value from cloud and security capabilities. You will act as a trusted technical partner across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams to support integration, optimization, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or TAM roles.
• 5+ years with cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and app security.
• Experience in security engineering and architecture, API and AI security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for customer implementations and adoption programs
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Customer Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role focuses on guiding complex customer implementations, driving adoption, and helping customers realize measurable value from advanced cloud and security capabilities. You will act as a trusted technical partner across the customer lifecycle, working closely with internal teams to support integration, optimization, and long-term success. The position also combines strategic account planning with hands-on technical guidance to improve outcomes and strengthen customer relationships.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $180,000 - $202,000 annually
