Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive cloud adoption and modernization, guiding enterprise teams toward a cohesive target architecture aligned with governance and security standards.

You will lead architecture discussions, create cloud reference models, and mentor teams across multiple programs, with a focus on scalable Cloud Native solutions and strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead on large IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, migrate applications to the Cloud and ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with Humana enterprise teams/partners to define cloud patterns and reference architectures.
• Lead architectural discussions and proofs of concept for world-class Cloud Native solutions.
• Create or contribute to customer-facing publications such as playbooks, run books, templates, standards guidance.
• Provide guidance on modern/future state cloud architecture and best practices.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision.
