Humana is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive cloud modernization and architectural governance across our environments. You will lead design, planning, and modernization efforts, coaching enterprise teams toward a cohesive target state aligned with standards and security requirements.

Remote position with occasional travel to Humana offices; 40-hour work week.Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Architecture, you will shape cloud patterns, reference architectures, and enable scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software and services to the Cloud.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams/vendors to define, mature and operationalize cloud patterns and reference architectures.
• Lead architecture discussions and PoCs to deliver practical Cloud Native solutions.
• Create customer-facing publications (playbooks, templates, standards) to enable scalable Cloud usage.
• Provide guidance on modern cloud architecture and best practices.
• Make independent judgments on complex issues with minimal supervision.
