You will lead modernization initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the technology portfolio supports Humana's strategic goals while optimizing cost and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Expertise in all SDLC activities including ideation, design, implementation, validating functional and non-functional aspects, and Day2 operations.
• Expert knowledge and experience with enterprise architecture pattern development and application, cloud native architectures and agile delivery.
• Proficient in evaluating multiple tools and evaluating the best suitable tool based on organizational needs.

• Serve as a strong advocate for the business within IT and ensure technology execution aligns with business strategy.
• Help achieve value-driven outcomes by ensuring Humana’s Technology Strategy aligns with corporate vision and segment business strategies.
• Engage in enterprise technology modernization initiatives with application teams and stakeholders to deliver value through architecture guidance and execution support.
• Mentor pattern-based development with a focus on resource and cost optimization.
• Drive adoption of lean enterprise architecture within an agile delivery framework.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align business vision with value streams, capabilities and functions.
