Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking an experienced CLO operations professional to support the largest corporate clients remotely. You will manage day-to-day operational and client service activities, ensuring internal controls and accurate processing of CLO-related transactions.

The role requires deep knowledge of CLO structures, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to lead trainings and cross-functional projects. A bachelor's degree and 7+ years in CLO are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in the CLO industry.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities with internal controls.
• Handle billing, fees, cash and investment transactions, and debt service calculations.
• Lead trainings related to CLO products and services.
• Develop and implement more efficient processes and cross-training.
