Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a senior specialist to provide complex CLO product support for their largest clients. The role involves managing day-to-day client services, billing and settlements, and ensuring compliance across systems.

You will collaborate with senior management, legal, and compliance to optimize processes, negotiate documents, and lead trainings on CLO services. Travel is minimal, remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years relevant CLO industry experience.
• Master’s Degree and/or CCTS/CTMC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest CLO-focused client group and monitor internal controls.
• Resolve complex administrative issues and support senior client staff.
• Manage day-to-day CLO accounts including billing, fee adjustments, and transaction processing.
• Coordinate with legal/compliance to review documents and ensure operational mechanics.
• Develop and lead trainings related to CLO products and services; drive process improvements.
