Job summary

Vitalief is seeking a detail-oriented professional with clinical trial budgeting expertise to join their Budgeting Outsourcing Services Team. This role involves supporting Academic Medical Centers in budgeting and billing compliance activities. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial budgeting, especially in health systems. Ability to negotiate budgets and proficiency in OnCore is essential. The position is primarily remote with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in clinical trial budgeting within Academic Medical Centers or health systems.
• Experience using OnCore for calendar build, budgeting, and billing grid configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical trial budgets for industry-sponsored studies.
• Perform detailed Medicare Coverage Analyses according to CMS guidelines.
• Lead and support budget negotiations with sponsors and CROs.
• Conduct budget tracking, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
