Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Sr. Clinical Research Associate/Clinical Trial Manager to support timely conduct of studies from planning through close-out on a remote US basis. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations to ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will manage site initiation, monitor CROs and vendors, and help develop essential study documents while maintaining inspection-ready Trial Master File; travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific/medical field.
• 4–6 years of clinical study experience.
• Experience supporting global studies; vendor management in Clinical Operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Study Lead and cross-functional team to support studies from planning through close-out per SOPs and ICH/GCP.
• Lead operational management for regions/sites: initiate, monitor metrics, mitigate risks, escalate, close actions.
• Oversee CROs and vendors: set expectations, track deliverables, address gaps, drive corrective actions.
