Job summary

BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director or Director of Clinical Outsourcing to lead end-to-end CRO/vendor relationships for our oncology pipeline. This remote role partners with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, and program teams to ensure timely, on-budget outsourcing that meets quality standards.

The role emphasizes contract lifecycle management, budget governance, and vendor performance oversight across global trials, with an emphasis on early-phase oncology work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, or clinical operations.
• Experience managing full vendor contract lifecycle (RFPs to close-out).
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements governing outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine BBOT’s clinical outsourcing strategy; optimize vendor models for early-phase oncology programs.
• Lead CRO/vendor selection; prepare RFPs/RFIs, evaluate capabilities, and coordinate bid defenses.
• Negotiate CRO/vendor contracts, work orders, and budgets; ensure terms meet BBOT standards and compliance.
• Manage monthly/quarterly financial reviews; track accruals, POs, and forecast variance across programs.
