Job summary

BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director or Director, Clinical Outsourcing to lead end-to-end CRO/vendor relationships across BBOT’s oncology programs. You will own strategy, RFP/RFI processes, contracting, budgets, and governance to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with compliance to GCP and regulatory standards.

The role reports to the VP, Development Operations and requires 10+ years in clinical outsourcing, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of multi-vendor

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical outsourcing or vendor management
• Experience with CRO contracting, budgets, and financial oversight
• Experience managing full vendor lifecycle: RFPs, proposals, negotiations, renewals
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Own and refine BBOT’s clinical outsourcing strategy and vendor model.
• Lead CRO/vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and bid defense coordination.
• Negotiate CRO/vendor contracts, MSAs, and budgets, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Track contract timelines, renewals, and close-outs with finance and legal teams.
• Maintain vendor governance with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Ensure activities comply with GCP and BBOT SOPs; support audits.
