Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution in a HemOnc setting, with a strong focus on operational delivery, site coordination, and compliance. This remote role collaborates with internal study teams and external vendors to drive recruitment progress, data quality, and timely study execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in health- or science-related field.
• 3–5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience.
• HemOnc experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Proficient in English and local language with strong communication.
• Strong IT skills in relevant software and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary communication point for trial sites.
• Contribute to site selection and feasibility assessments.
• Ensure recruitment targets with high-quality data.
• Engage with investigators and site staff throughout the trial.
• Drive compliance by maintaining trial management systems.
• Conduct quality local trial team meetings and training.
