Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Local Operations Manager for Hematology/Oncology in the United States. The role focuses on site alignment, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end trial management to ensure recruitment targets and data quality.

You will drive site feasibility, manage relationships with investigators and site staff, and coordinate CAPA and regulatory activities to support trial timelines and budgets. Strong HemOnc experience and ICH-GCP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of trial end to end management experience.
• HemOnc experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations.
• Proficient in English; country language as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of communication for sites and internal teams.
• Own relationships with site stakeholders to represent the site voice.
• Lead site feasibility and qualification activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure recruitment targets are met with quality data within budget.
• Maintain trial management systems and generate performance reports.
• Lead CAPA actions when trials deviate from plans.
