Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution in a HemOnc setting, with a strong focus on operational delivery, site coordination, and compliance. This remote role collaborates with internal study teams and external vendors to drive recruitment progress, data quality, and timely study execution.

• BA/BS degree in health- or science-related field.
• 3–5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience.
• HemOnc experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Proficient in English and local language with strong communication.
• Strong IT skills in relevant software and company systems.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution with a strong focus on operational delivery, site coordination, and compliance. You will serve as a key point of contact for trial sites and investigators, helping drive recruitment progress, data quality, and timely study execution. The position also partners closely with internal study teams and external vendors to support successful trial delivery in a HemOnc environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
