Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree and 2+ years in Clinical Trial Manager or equivalent roles.
• 4+ years as a Clinical Research Associate with metabolic or endocrinology trials.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and hold a valid passport.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical research associates and site management teams through full study lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary sponsor-facing contact for monitoring and site activities.
• Build strong partnerships and ensure clear communication during study execution.
• Oversee monitoring deliverables to meet study objectives, quality, and budget.
• Identify out-of-scope activities and communicate impacts and solutions.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams for consistent site management execution.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight to project teams for high-quality conduct.
