Starkey HearCare is looking for a Senior Clinical Training & Development Specialist to support high-quality training across the organization. This role involves facilitating training sessions, providing in-clinic coaching, and assisting in the onboarding of new providers.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, active licensure, and 2-4+ years of clinical experience in hearing care. The position offers a salary range of $75,460 to $98,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of clinical experience in hearing care.
• Some experience delivering training, coaching, or mentoring.
• Understanding of retail sales strategies and consultative selling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured training sessions focused on clinical excellence.
• Provide in-clinic coaching and feedback to providers.
• Support the onboarding experience for new providers.
• Assist in developing training materials and learning resources.

Skills

Strong facilitation and presentation skills
