Pfm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, coordinate and deliver clinical study projects, ensuring quality, scope, cost, and time objectives are met. You will serve as the primary client contact and escalation point, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to meet timelines and budgets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position and a minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Experience in managing complex and global trials; ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS.

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee all functional services including external vendors to the established timeline and budget.
• Manage the study budget, ensuring project stays within scope and any out-of-scope activities are identified early.
• Maintain integrated collaboration with clinical operations and other functional areas.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and proactive risk management.
• Ensure quality management including eTMF readiness and CAPA processes.
• Prepare project status updates and report on progress to clients and senior management.
• Lead internal and client meetings and set expectations for the project team.
• Support business development activities and travel to Bid Defense meetings as required.
