Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver designated clinical study projects, ensuring quality, scope, cost, and time are achieved. You will serve as the primary client contact, oversee external vendors, and drive project profitability and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience and 4 years of direct project management experience.
• Experience managing complex and global trials; ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors to timeline and budget.
• Manage study budgets and ensure scope and out-of-scope activities are handled.
• Maintain collaboration with clinical operations and participate in clinical activities as appropriate.
• Oversee project profitability, billable hours, and forecasting for business objectives.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management.
• Ensure quality management for assigned projects including eTMF readiness and CAPA where needed.
• Track metrics and report progress to clients and senior management.
• Lead internal and client meetings and communicate protocol/study issues effectively.
• Ensure study training and training compliance; support business development and Bid Defense travel.
