Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead clinical study activities, ensuring quality, scope, cost, and time objectives are met. You will act as the main client contact and oversee vendors to maintain timelines and budget.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring inspection readiness, and delivering regular status updates to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years clinical research experience and 4+ years direct PM experience.
• Experience managing complex/global trials.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point.
• Coordinate external vendors to timeline and budget.
• Manage study budget; identify out-of-scope activities early.
• Ensure quality management and inspection readiness (eTMF).
• Lead meetings, report KPIs, and propose solutions.
• Provide training and development feedback to team.
