Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to lead planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. This role partners with stakeholders to align scope, timelines, deliverables and risk management while supporting strong study performance.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually. The ideal candidate has deep clinical project leadership experience and can mentor cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Life Sciences or related field.
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharma/biotech/clinical research.
• Experience leading trials in diverse therapeutic areas and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines and strategies.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting and risk management.
• Ensure achievement of study milestones and deliverables.
• Mentor team members and promote operational excellence and best practices.
