Qualifications

• Pharmacy license active in the state(s) where you practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on schedule.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with cross-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication therapy and strategies on comprehensive medication reviews.
• Drive Rx Education and quarterly campaigns to raise health awareness.
• Place outbound calls to confirm patient adherence and provide counseling.
• Influence department strategy and determine approaches for complex projects.
