Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee; prepares materials for committee members and PBM coordination.
• Act as Chair of the Drug Coverage Committee; develops agenda and materials; ensures quorum and timely votes.
• Develops formulary trend management strategies to achieve high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
• Leads managed care programs such as prior authorization and quantity limits.
• Ensures clinical compliance with laws and regulatory bodies; develops educational materials for audiences.
