Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II for COMM/Exchange to develop and maintain formularies and ensure cost-effective coverage. This role supports the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee and leads the Drug Coverage Committee.

The position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy and an active Pharmacist license, with 3–5 years in managed care pharmacy preferred. Remote work options are available for approved U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Pharmacist license required.
• 3-5 years of managed care pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee support; preparing materials for committee members and collaborating with the PBM.
• Chair the Drug Coverage Committee; develop agenda and materials, ensure quorum and timely votes.
• Develops, implements, and maintains clinical programs and formulary strategies for high-quality, cost-effective management.
• Leads managed care programs such as prior authorization and quantity limits.
• Ensures regulatory and legal compliance; creates educational materials and communications for internal and external audiences.
