Job summary

Entrada Therapeutics is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead to drive day-to-day trial activities, manage planning and execution, and oversee CRO/vendor relationships. You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to achieve study milestones while ensuring ICH/GCP compliance.

The role is US-based and remote, with travel to our Boston, MA headquarters as needed. A long-term contract in a dynamic biopharma setting awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in clinical trial activities.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements (EU-CTR preferred).
• Experience across drug development, including trial design, planning, and CRO/vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, planning, setup, execution, and closeout of assigned clinical trials.
• Oversee CRO and vendor oversight to meet milestones and timelines.
• Provide regular updates on enrollment, eligibility, protocol deviations, and AE reporting.
