Job summary

Parabilis Medicines, based in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Operations to set strategy and lead a team across multiple trials, ensuring delivery in line with protocols, SOPs, and GCP.

You will manage CROs, vendors, and investigative sites, driving end-to-end site engagement and regulatory readiness while collaborating with senior leaders to advance programs and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Prior people leadership experience.
• Phase 1–3 global trial management experience.
• Experience with regulatory interactions and inspections.
• Experience with AI tools in clinical operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical program(s)/trial budgets, timelines, and resourcing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage CRO/vendors.
• Ensure GCP compliance and regulatory readiness.
• Represent Clinical Operations in governance forums.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, and resource prioritization.
• Mentor and develop operations staff.
