Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to manage site-level activities, ensuring compliance and effective communication at all phases of clinical trials. You will perform qualifications, monitor patient safety and maintain regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, with up to 75% travel expected. Syneos Health values diversity and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Mansioni

• Perform site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring and close‑out visits.
• Verify the informed consent process for each subject/patient.
• Conduct Source Document Review and ensure compliance with study data accuracy.
• Maintain the Investigator Site File and ensure accuracy and completeness.
