Phreesia is seeking a Sr. Associate, Client Solutions to own patient engagement campaigns end-to-end. The role is remote (Canada or US) with preferred proximity to major markets, and requires 3+ years in pharma-related account management within a creative agency context.

You will drive day-to-day execution, maintain client relationships, and contribute to process improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and help elevate campaign quality while

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years of account experience in a creative agency environment working with pharmaceutical brands.
• Ability to manage client relationships and own campaign execution independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and experienced implementing AI to support efficiency in your work.
• Travel willing to attend occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually).

• Campaign Development: Own and execute patient engagement campaigns from kickoff through launch and measurement, managing day-to-day coordination, campaign setup, quality control, and reporting.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners by serving as the day-to-day contact for owned campaigns, responding to client needs and questions.
• Strategic Projects: Identify process improvements, share optimization recommendations, and provide informed perspectives on campaign strategy and execution.
