Job summary

Verisma seeks an Onsite Client Operations Supervisor in San Diego, CA to oversee client operations and ROIS teams at client sites. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring revenue targets, and coordinating training and staffing across locations.

You’ll prepare operational reports, monitor productivity and quality, and support site procedures while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• RHIT certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff and management.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare beneficial.
• HIPAA privacy information standards knowledge required.
• ROI certification course with score 85%+ within 90 days required.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Answer day-to-day questions posed by clients and ROIS.
• Meet facility revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Comply with release of information functions per service agreement.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and month-end performance reports.
• Assist in training/ evaluating ROIS onsite and remote staff.
• Participate in hiring decisions and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage onsite staffing, time off requests, and payroll approval.
• Coordinate work with remote supervisors and distribute workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality of facility information and records.
