You will work remotely with a team and may mentor new hires, participate in projects, and provide back-up support to administrative processing when volumes increase.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volume inbound customer inquiries and escalations with information and guidance.
• Determine root cause and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Enter semi and non-routine client updates into the appropriate system.
• Serve as a team resource and mentor for new hires.
• Participate in departmental/interdepartmental projects.
• Provide back-up support to administrative processing when volumes rise.
