Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a remote, full-time associate to service customers on policy changes and disbursement requests. You’ll apply product and regulatory knowledge to resolve inquiries, enter updates into systems, and may support the Call Center as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal partners to achieve timely resolutions. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 — 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Servicing customers on contractual policy change and disbursement requests.
• Apply knowledge of products, regulatory requirements and policy provisions to research and resolve customer requests.
• Enter semi-routine client updates into the appropriate system with moderate supervision.
• Provide back-up support to Call Center.
• Collaborate with internal partners to reach resolution.
