Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Claims Representative to handle complex and high exposure bodily injury and property damage claims under Ryder's self-administered liability program.

The role involves investigating and adjusting claims and guiding defense counsel, adjusters, and experts throughout the process. The ideal candidate has at least five years of casualty claims experience, a related bachelor's degree, and may hold an adjuster license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five (5) years or more experience in Casualty Claims.
• Adjuster License(s) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts complex to high exposure claims.
• Directs outside defense counsel, adjusters, experts, and other vendors.
• Supervises vendors and manages litigation-related activities as needed.
• Notifies Claims Manager of regulatory changes impacting the liability program.
• Interacts with field operations, legal counsel, customers, carriers, and claimants.
