Job summary

Tier4 Group is partnering with a leading insurance organization to hire a Senior Claims Analytics & BI Analyst. You will serve as a trusted analytics partner to Claims leadership, defining KPIs, uncovering trends, and translating data into actionable insights that influence strategy.

You will own KPI reporting, build modern BI solutions with Power BI, and collaborate with Directors and VPs to drive operational performance across Property & Casualty claims. Fully remote option offered.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Claims experience required or strongly preferred.
• Background in Claims Analytics, Reporting, or Operations analytics.
• Experience in supporting executive reporting for Claims leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Claims Leadership to understand priorities and translate them into reporting and analytics.
• Own design and maintenance of Claims KPI reporting and executive dashboards.
• Build end-to-end BI solutions and replace manual Excel reporting with automated Power BI reports.
• Analyze complex claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support data quality and integration across multiple Claims systems and data warehouses.
