Job summary
Gallagher Bassett is seeking a qualified Claims Adjuster to analyze complex restaurant and retail claims, evaluate exposure, and bring claims to resolution. You will work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions and coordinate with internal teams.
The role requires at least 5 years of claims experience, appropriate licenses (NY, AZ), and a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. This remote US position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex commercial restaurant and retail claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
- Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
- Think critical, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients
