Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability/Restaurant claims to bring claims to resolution.
• Interact with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative claims-management solutions.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize activities to best serve clients.
