Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage General Liability and restaurant/retail claims across the US. This role offers fully remote work and requires active adjuster licenses in applicable states, a high school diploma, and at least five years of claims experience.

You will evaluate claims, collaborate with clients and litigators, and ensure timely resolution in line with policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Restaurant claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
