Responsibilities include investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims, partnership with clients to improve claims management, and clear communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong General Liability and Auto Liability claims handling experience.
• Ability to investigate, evaluate and resolve complex claims.
• Licensing and/or certification in states where claims are handled.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex GL and Auto Liability claims.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions in claims management.
• Communicate and document claim activity timely and accurately.
